Henley Brook continues to thrive, with new milestones being reached and more residents joining this growing community.
We’re proud to share that Stages 1A and 1B are officially complete, and with over 45 Homeowners now settled in, Henley Brook is quickly becoming a place people are proud to call home. It’s been wonderful to see the community take shape as our Homeowners settle in and make it their own.
Looking ahead, Stage 2A is on the verge of completion, with Homeowners preparing to move in very soon, bringing even more life to the neighborhood.
We’re also pleased to share that upgrades to Andrea Drive are well underway, with completion scheduled for late October 2025. This important connection will significantly enhance accessibility and convenience for both Homeowners and visitors. Its completion will also pave the way for construction of the estate wall and final landscaping works to begin, bringing us even closer to the finished vision for Henley Brook.
In even more exciting news, civil works for the Clubhouse have been completed, and construction is set to commence shortly. This highly anticipated facility will become a vibrant hub for community connection, offering residents a place to relax, socialise, and enjoy a range of amenities right in the heart of Henley Brook.
