Henley Brook is nicely emerging into our second Providence Lifestyle Resort, with our first homeowners anticipated to move into their homes towards the beginning of the new year. Construction of our 19 homes in Stage 1A is well advanced, with the commencement of our next 15 homes is imminent.
Homeowners and visitors will also be wowed by the large gumtrees that have shaped our entry statement. Our Project team has worked tirelessly to retain the beautiful and vast landscape, which is the foundation of our masterplan, creating areas of recreational spaces in our Clubhouse gardens and areas of peaceful reflection in our Wellness Garden.
Renowned landscape architects PlanE have been engaged to deliver these spaces, complemented by countryside-style arbours to evoke a serene winery ambience, featuring diverse dining and gathering spaces tailored for all community activities.
If this excites you, you will be pleased to know that work on our Wellness Retreat is also well underway. This will ensure that our first homeowners will not have to wait too long to enjoy the ambience and lifestyle of our Henley Brook Resort.
