Exciting progress continues at Henley Brook Lifestyle Resort, as we prepare to welcome our very first Homeowner into Stage 2a in mid-January, a wonderful milestone that marks the beginning of our vibrant Resort.
Meanwhile, civil works for Stages 3a and 3b are now underway, and home construction has commenced in Stages 2b and 5, bringing us ever closer to realising the next phase of the Resort.
The detailed design of the Clubhouse is being finalised, and while construction has experienced a slight delay, we’re pleased to confirm that work is expected to commence by the end of January 2026.
Infrastructure improvements are also progressing well, with the upgrade of Andrea Drive now complete. The estate wall will follow shortly, once the Minister’s downstream sewer connection is finalised.
Our Wellness Retreat continues to thrive as the social heart of the Resort, hosting a range of events that bring Homeowners together. Due to its growing popularity, we’re excited to announce an expansion of the covered area, ensuring everyone can enjoy this welcoming space year-round.
