Exciting progress continues at Henley Brook Lifestyle Resort, as we move steadily toward delivering a vibrant and welcoming community for future Homeowners.
We’re thrilled to announce that our first Stage 1B Homeowner has officially moved in, marking a key milestone as Stage 1B nears full completion. Meanwhile, civil works for Stages 2A, 2B, and 5 are now complete, with home construction progressing smoothly.
The internal common landscaping to our entry and Wellness Retreat is now complete, enhancing the arrival experience and setting the tone for the Resort’s serene atmosphere.
We’re also pleased to share that the extension of external services along Andrea Drive has been finalised. The upgrade of Andrea Drive is now underway and will pave the way for the completion of our Estate wall and verge landscaping along this key frontage by the end of 2025.
Finally, the detailed design of our Clubhouse is being finalised, with construction scheduled to commence in August/September 2025 – bringing to life the social heart of our Resort.
