A Vibrant Start to Life at Henley Brook Lifestyle Resort
It is with great enthusiasm that we announce all Stage 1A Homeowners have now transitioned into their brand-new homes at Henley Brook Lifestyle Resort.
The opening of Andrea Drive marked a key milestone, bringing a flurry of new arrivals over a two-week period and resulting in every Stage 1A home now being happily occupied.
Many Homeowners have shared their joy at finally settling into their forever homes – surrounded by like-minded neighbours and ready to help shape a welcoming, thriving community.
We’re delighted to officially welcome: Bob & Pearl, Peter & Rosalie, Margaret, Norman & Sharon, Dixie & Clint, Anita, Louise, David & Alanda, Marie, Gary, Allan, Brian & Susan, Janet, Lynn, Jenni, and Joseph & Nolene.
From spontaneous chats in the garden to laughter-filled afternoons, the friendly atmosphere confirms what we’ve always envisioned – Henley Brook isn’t just a Resort; it’s a real community, built on connection and shared values.
The journey hasn’t been without its challenges, particularly with some early delays in getting services to site. However, thanks to the hard work of our on-site teams and the patience and support of our Homeowners, we’ve made excellent progress and reached an important milestone in building a strong, connected community.
One of the highlights so far has been the official opening of our Wellness Retreat at the end of May – an event exclusively for Homeowners that truly set the tone for what Henley Brook living is all about. The afternoon celebration was filled with entertainment, delicious food, bubbles, and plenty of laughter – the perfect way to welcome our new Homeowners and launch this valuable space.
The Wellness Retreat has quickly become a cherished hub within the Resort. Designed for year-round enjoyment, it features a stylish kitchenette, a sun-filled activity room, a tranquil day spa, and a generous undercover alfresco area complete with BBQ. Whether it’s a social lunch, a group activity, or a moment of relaxation, the retreat offers the ideal setting for connection and wellbeing while Homeowners eagerly await the Clubhouse.
Now, we look forward to welcoming our Stage 1B Homeowners throughout June. With each new Homeowner, the Henley Brook community continues to grow, and we’re proud to see it take shape as a place where people feel connected and at home.
